Mushroom, Whisky & Mustard Steak Sauce
Ingredients
6 button mushrooms, sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1tbsp olive oil
2tbsp whisky
2tsp wholegrain mustard
120ml/8tbsp double cream
salt and pepper
